So I'm back from New York Anime Fest. There were a lot of good things and some not so good things that happened but overall, I had a lot of fun. :3 I was cosplaying Lithuania ^^

First of all, these are the things I wanted to do: Go to the Hetalia photoshoot at 11:00, the Soul Eater panel at 1:00, the Gaia panel at 5:30 and the masquerade at 6:30.

This is what we did do: Kerianne (as Mion) and Laura (as Shion) picked me up, then we picked up Steph (as Latvia) and drove to NYC. We got there around 11:15. So, we thought we missed the photoshoot, but Steph had to go to the bathroom and while we were looking for the bathroom we found the photoshoot. xD; So we were there until like 12:15-12:30ish. Then we ate and Kerry's wig needed to be fixed and Steph needed to change into her Rika cosplay so we were in the bathroom for a long time. By the time everyone was done and good it was past 1:30 so we didn't bother to go to the Soul Eater panel. Then when it came time for the Gaia panel the line was too long and there were too many people to fit in the room, so we didn't do that either. We did see the masquerade and that was all right except for the fact that we were in the overflow room and there were some really rude people who kept talking. But it was alright even though most of the skits were dances/choreographed; some of them were really good, like the Vocaloid one. (And Uncle Yo was a great host, a LOT better than those annoying girls at AnimeNEXT.) I got home at 11:30 and just crashed x_x I also hung out with ~Momoku, ~Maharie-chan, ~Neptune-Chaan, and ~Luna-Temeki somewhere in the middle of all that but I wish I coulda been with them more and I kinda felt like a jerk for not answering my phone orz;;

I didn't buy anything in ther Dealer's Room except a Player Pin from TWEWY, and we split the price of the Kuroshitsuji soundtrack because Steph wanted it. Also, in the place with the Kuroshitsuji soundtrack there were Hetalia CDs!! I died. I couldn't buy them because I wanted all of them but they were $23.50 each and I had no money left. D; In the Artists' Alley I bought a shitload of Hetalia stuff. xD; A shirt, a poster, a bookmark, and a bunch of stickers. Haha yeah that was fun.

That's my life story the end. I might post up pictures on Livejournal or Facespace~ soo yeah thanks for reading my essay.

PS. There were so many people with signs that said "Free Hugs" x_X I hugged them but... why were there so many?
